The Selection of Joe Biden, Was He A Good Choice for Obama?
Like many people I wondered if Joe Biden was a good choice for Barack Obama. However after reading a CNN article which analyzes the first national poll taken after Obama’s selection of Biden I don't think so. http://www.cnn.com/2008/POLITICS/08/24/election.2008.poll/index.html

Joe Biden Enters '08 Race for White House, Again; Goes Ahead and Announces a Run for '12 too
Joe Biden, Senator from Delaware has once again re-entered the race for the
White House. This is the fourth (or fifth) time that Biden has entered the '08 race. Biden declared, "that this time it's official, I'm in it to win it!"
But, as a precaution, just in case he loses, Biden went ahead and announced he is entering the 2012 race for the White House too.
Out of the gate quickly, Biden said the next President will likely be a huge failure with disastrous policies. He went on to say his 40 years in the Senate will make him a great candidate to replace such a terrible President, whomever that may be.
