Jessica Jimenez has served as the Vice Chair of the Youth Caucus for the National Council of Independent Living, where she was a disability and a reproductive justice advocate. She has also served on the Board for the Special Hope Foundation for the Advocacy Board. She worked as a Behavioral Therapist. She used to be a Volunteer Corp for YO! Disabled and Proud. She has interned for Khmer Girls in Action, California Latinas for Reproductive Justice, and Advocates for Youth. She has experience at the state and national level working on disability and reproductive issues. She is a California State University, Long Beach Alumni with a dual major in Sociology and Women, Gender and Sexuality Studies. She has epilepsy, a small case of a learning disability and has slight vision issues.
