Rooted and Rising

Celebrating 15 years of resilience, impact, and community

For 15 years, Young People For has been a leader in identifying, engaging, and empowering young people who are historically left out of the leadership development pipeline to take action in their community, and has grown to become the largest and most impactful youth social justice incubators of our time.
.
YP4’s 15th Anniversary National Summit will bring together current Fellows, Alumni, and partners over Presidents’ Day weekend. This year’s National Summit Theme is Rooted and Rising, rooting ourselves in our rich history, in the power we’ve built, and the victories we’ve won, while leveraging this power to rise and expand our impact.
.
We’ll celebrate the communal resilience of our network and look towards the next 15 years and beyond as we continue to grow and sustain a national network of over 1900 social justice leaders who are Building a Better Now.
